In Excel 2007, cells can be aligned in a variety of ways. You can align cells horizontally, vertically, or left-to-right. You can also align cells using the cell’s current column and row. To align cells in a specific column or row, use the Align Cells dialog box. The Align Cells dialog box is located in the Tools group on the Ribbon. The Align Cells dialog box contains three tabs: Columns and Rows, Cell Values, and All Cells. The Columns and Rows tab contains three options: Horizontal Alignment, Vertical Alignment, and Left-to-Right Alignment. The Horizontal Alignment option lets you alignment cells horizontally in one or more columns. The VerticalAlignment option lets you alignment cells vertically in one or more rows. The Left-to-RightAlignment option lets you alignment cells left to right in one or more columns. The Cell Values tab contains two options: Cell Value and All Cells. The Cell Value option lets you set cell values for all of the cells in a table or workbook. The All Cells option allows you to set cell values for all of thecells in a table or workbook regardless of their horizontal or vertical alignment

After you have imported your data select all columns and rows; choose A hold down your shift key and go over to the end of your data so everything is highlighted.

Now right-click on the highlighted fields and from the sub menu choose Format Cells.

In the Format Cells window click the Alignment tab, choose Center from the drop down box under Horizontal and click OK.

Now all of the data will align in the center of each cell to make the data more presentable.  This is especially handy when you are printing out the reports.
