Outlook 2003 is a great email client, but it can be difficult to keep track of all the distribution lists in your account. Here are some tips to help you keep track of your distribution lists in Outlook 2003:

  1. Create a distribution list for each group of people you want to send email to. This will make it easier to remember who should receive an email and when.
  2. Add recipients to your distribution list by using the “add recipient” button on the “To” field of each email message.
  3. Use the “delete recipient” button on the “From” field of every email message to delete any recipients from your distribution list.
  4. Edit your distribution list regularly, so that you always have the latest information about who is receiving emails and when.

To create a new Distribution List, go to File \  New \ Distribution List

Click on Select Members and choose the appropriate names from your address book by double clicking their name.

You will see the selected names at the bottom of this window.

Give your Distribution List a name and click Save and then Close.

The Distribution list will be saved in your Contacts folder under whatever name you call the list, and can be used just like any other Contact.
