If you’re like most people, you probably have a few files and folders stored on your computer that you don’t want anyone else to see. You might even encrypt them using a password or some other security measure. But what if you don’t have any passwords or other security measures? What if someone gets your computer and steals all of your files and folders? That’s where encryption software comes in. Encryption software helps protect your files and folders from being accessed by anyone else, whether you have any passwords or not. encryption software can also help keep your data safe from being accessed by hackers or other unauthorized individuals. There are many different encryption software programs available on the market, so it’s important to find one that is best suited for your needs. You can find a variety of encryption programs on the internet, so it’s important to choose one that is easy to use and has a variety of features.
Simply launch the EncryptOnClick application and decide if you would like to encrypt a File or an entire folder. For this demonstration I am going to encrypt my “secret documents” folder.
Next Windows Explorer will launch to browse to the desired folder. Click OK.
Now we are prompted for a password. Make sure and create a strong password that you will remember. Click OK.
That is all there is to it! Now all documents contained in that folder are encrypted and can only be opened by a password I created.
