If you’re a business or individual using Outlook 2007, you can add contacts to your safe sender list by following these steps:
- Open Outlook and click on the Tools button.
- Click on the Add New Contact button.
- Enter a name for your contact and click on the OK button.
- Click on the Add To Safe Senders button and enter a list of addresses that you want to send your contact to. You can also enter a subject for your contact if you want to make it more visible in the message body or in the address bar of the message window.
- Click on the OK button and enjoy adding your new contacts to your safe sender list!
Go to Tools Options
The Preferences tab should be selected by default and click on the Junk E-mail button.
From here click the Safe Senders tab and verify a check in the box next to Also trust e-mail from my Contacts. I also check Automatically add people I e-mail to the Safe Senders List, though you will want to be cautious with this one and may want to turn it off if you start getting SPAM.
